(C.S.A.H. g56). She
explained that the proposed addition would extend to within 95 feet of the centerline of C.S.A.H.
g56; City Crde requires structures to be set back 110 feet from thoroughfare centerlines. She
noted the applicant has stated that Anoka County's improvements to C.S.A.H. g56 in the early
1980s, which included roadway realignment and acquisition of additional right-of-way, have
diminished the depth of his front yard to a point where it now requires a variance to put an addition
on the home. Ms. Frolik advised that she has not received any written comments supporting or
opposing the variance.

The Board of Adjustment proceeded to review the Findings of Fact.

Motion by Board Member LaDue and seconded by Board Member Holland to accept gl through
gl 0 as presented.

Motion carried. Absent: Board Member

Motion by Chairperson Deemer and seconded by Board Member Terry to add a finding to read
"That there is an ordinance on the table that would alleviate the need for a variance in this particular
case; this has been tabled pending receipt of additional information from the Anoka County
Transportation Department."

Motion carried. Voting Yes:
Thorud. Voting No: None.
Bawden.

Chairperson Deemer, Board Members Terry, Holland, LaDue, and
Abstain: Board Member Hendriksen.
