FIRE BOARD <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Fire Board conducted a regular meeting on Monday, March 21, 1994, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Boardmember Alan Pearson <br />Boardmember Robert Simpson <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Fire Chief David Griffin (ex-officio) <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Boardmember Jon McLaughlin <br />Boardmember Charles Williams <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Assistant Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Councilmember Beyer called the regular meeting of the Fire Board to order at 6:36 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Boardmember Simpson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br />minutes of the Special Fire Board Meeting dated November 8, 1993. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmember Beyer and Boardmember Simpson. <br />Boardmember Pearson did not vote as he had not yet been recommended for reappointment <br />to the Fire Board. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gilbertson, Boardmembers <br />McLaughlin and Williams. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Consensus was to approve the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Reappoint Al Pearson to Fire Board <br /> <br />Consensus of the Fire Board was to recommend to City Council that A1 Pearson should be <br />reappointed to the Fire Board to a term set to expire in January 1995. <br /> <br />Mr. Pearson stated he would accept and thanked the Board for recommending him. <br /> <br />Fire Board/March 21, 1994 <br /> Page I of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
