The Committee did not suggest any changes in the alignment and consensus was to table <br />this case tmtil a meeting can be scheduled with the benefitted property owners. <br /> <br />Case #3: Request for Aerial Mapping <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski presented a proposal from MARKHURD to perform the aerial <br />mapping. <br /> <br />Consensus of the Committee was to recommend that Council accept the proposal from <br />MARKHURD to perform the aerial mapping. <br /> <br />Case #4: Anoka Electric Cooperative Water/Sewer Extension <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that with Anoka Electric Cooperative (AEC) moving its <br />facility south of Industry Avenue N.W. and east of Ramsey Boulevard N.W., sewer and <br />water will, be required. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder disseminated the public improvement revolving fund cash <br />flow projections, the suggested CIP amendments for TIF/MSA projects and the Tax <br />Increment cash flow projections.
