Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: 1994 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:06 in order to <br />conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearim, <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that the City of Ramsey's estimated allocation for 1994 <br />CDBG funds is in the amount of $30,407.00. She gave the following list of potential or <br />requestedCDBG projects for 1994: a) Central Park Paths - all work bid out - $19,000; b) <br />Central Park Paths - some work in-house - $10,000; c) Topographic Mapping - $30,000; <br />d) Storm Water Management Plan Update - $20,000; e) Community Emergency Action <br />Program -~ $2,000; f) ARC of Anoka County - $1,000; g) Alexandra House - $3,000; h) <br />Rise, Inc. - $2,000; i) Meals on Wheels - $2,000; and j) ACCAP Senior Outreach - <br />$3,000. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />Mary Ann Reich, Financial Director for ARC of Anoka County, was present and requested <br />$1,000.
