Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Couneilmembers Peterson, Hardin, Beyer <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion bY Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt <br />the resolu~fion to continue the conditional use permit issued to Danny's Tranny's, Inc. for <br />Lots 2, 3, and 4, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial park Plat 92. <br /> <br />Motion failed. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Zimmerman and Beyer. Voting No: Mayor <br />Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin and Peterson. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to adopt <br />Resolution g94-01-014 to revoke the conditional use permit issued to Danny's Tranny's <br />Inc. for Lots 2, 3, and 4, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat #2, based on <br />Findings of Fact g0351. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson and Hardin. <br />Voting NO: Councilmembers Beyer and Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Case ~/: Proposal for Townhouses of Rum River Hills; Case of Wilbur <br /> Dorn <br /> <br />This case was tabled at the applicanfs request. <br /> <br />Case #8: Update on Tire Recycling Facility <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated he has visited the tire recycling facility site but has not <br />had the opportunity to speak with Site Manager Steve Kollodge. Mr. Schroeder presented <br />a letter frOm Mr. Kollodge outlining their plans for the tire facility; it appears the tires will <br />be gone by the end of March. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to direct Staff to <br />respond tO Mr. Kollodge's letter and indicate April 1, 1994, as the time frame to have the <br />facility cleared of tires. If the tires are still there by that date, the City will begin legal <br />proceedings to get the site cleaned up. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Hardin <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case 09: Adopt Ordinance to Amend Sign Regulations <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that the proposed ordinance amending sign regulations <br />was introduced on January 18, 1994. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to adopt Ordinance <br />g94-02 amending sign regulations. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Beyer, Peterson <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #10: Report from Finance Committee <br /> <br />Finance Officer Hart reported on the issues the Finance Committee discussed which were <br />the Report from the Green Tree Committee, the Review of Rates for the Special Utility <br />District and the Budget Approval for Riverdale Park. <br /> <br />City Council/January 25, 1994 <br /> Page 8 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
