He added that Mr. Doyle Ricks was also present to answer <br />any questions Council may have. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to close <br />the public heating. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
