Abstain: Mayor Gilbertson. <br /> <br />Case #5: Request for an Interim Use Permit for a Temporary Structure; <br /> Case of Listul Industries, Inc. <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson is again presiding over the meeting. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that Listul Industries has submitted an application for an <br />interim use permit to place a temporary structure at 6300 Industry Avenue N.W. The <br />structure is approximately 500 square feet in size and will be used to provide additional <br />office space for the operation until Listul can construct a new facility in Ramsey. She <br />stated that the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and is recommending <br />approval of Listul's request. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hardin inquired about Capco's concern about the temporary structure. <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated that Mr. Bryzinski of Capco indicated a desire that the <br />City require that the tempormy structure be placed behind the fence line parallel to County <br />Road #116. The Commission responded that the trailer behind the fence line would <br />obstruct access to the loading doors of the main facility. <br /> <br />Council proceeded to review the findings of facts. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt <br />Resolution ~)4-06-125 adopting Findings of Fact #0363 relating to a request for an interim <br />use permit for a temporary structure from Listul Industries. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beyer, <br />Hardin and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adopt <br />Resolution #94-06-126 approving the request for an interim use permit for a temporary <br />structure from Listul Industries, Inc., declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Zimmerman, <br />Beyer and Hardin. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: Request for a Variance to Cul-de-Sac Length; Case of Good <br /> Value Homes, Inc. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that on March 22, 1994, Chesmut Ridge was granted <br />final plat approval with Krypton Street N.W. being constructed as a through street, <br />contingent upon DNR granting a permit to cross Wetland #2-114P.
