Ryan asked that you figure out the net expense for 1992 in engineering was , in 1993 was and projected 1994 is With regard to Reformat code compliance procedures - Ryan asked that you check on how many complaints the City has had and how many have been taken care of, etc. With regard to the goal Provide ongoing administration and oversight with periodic status updates to Council of all grant proposals and programs. Status: Oversight is ongoing. Council updates occur sporadically. You offered to reword this one. Change goal to talk about grants, etc. With regard to assembling developer informational packets for land development and commercial/industrial development it was suggested that you prepare a dozen or so folders and Admin can have them available at the front counter. With regard to the goal of Oversee purging of property files: You were directed to put this on the "intern list". Send copies of the development meeting agendas to the Police Chief and the Fire Chief. Wilh regard to the Home Care Board - you were directed to combine the goals for this Board. It was stated that there is a need for discussion at the Council level regarding the future of this Board. Ryan stated there has to be a way of tracking for agreements - getting them signed - getting them back and filing them, etc. You stated you would implement this in Admin.
