If notice is <br />delivered by mail~ it shall be deemed to bc received two (2) days ax~ter mailing. Such termination shall not be <br />e~cetive with respect to any solicitation of bids or any purclmses of sexvic~s or goods which occurred prior to <br />such notice of ~on.
