WITNESSETH: ~, the parties to this Agreement desire to jointly cause a Corridor Study far a portion of County State Aid Highway 116 and County Road 116 in the Cities of Ramsey and Anoka; and, WHEREAS, the panics agre~ that it is in their best interest that the cost of said project be shared; and, ~S, said work will bo carried out in accordanc~ with th~ provisions of Minn. Stax. § 471.59. NOW, THERBFORB, it is mutually ~pulatcd and agreed: I. PUli.POSE: Th~ County, Ramsey and Anoka have joined together for the purpose of causing a Corridor Study for that part of County State Aid Highway 116 and County Road 116 in tho Cities of Ramsey and Anoka. See Exhibit A RFP. II. METHOD: The County shall coordinate the consultant agreement for said Corridor Study, Ramsey and Anoka shall each have a representative on the consultant selection team and skil submit a written concurrenc~ upon selection of a consultant. Ill. COSTS: A. The contract cost oftlm work, or ffthe work is not contmaed the cost of all labor, materials, normal engineering costs, mad equipment rental required to complete the work, shall constitute the actual costs and_ shell be so referred to herein. "Estimated costs" are good faith projections of the costs, wkich will be incurred for this project. The estimated costs are aa shown in Exhibit B. B. Ramsey shall pay -~ ~- ~o of thc actual costs. C. Anoka shall pay J 5-?~ of the actual costs. ' D. Upon award ora consultant agreement, Ramsey and Anoka shall pay to the County, upon written demand by the County, estimated cost of the study based on the actual consultant contract awarded. Ramsey and Anoka's share of the project shall include only contract costs and does not include adminisu-ative or other expenses incurred by the County.
