The conceptual and technical approach to the conduct of thc study. <br /> <br />Project work plan identifying the project deliverables and time line under which the project <br />can be completed. <br /> <br />Q.al;fio~fions of both firm a~d proje~ team personnel in traffic engineering and <br />transportation planning, Experience of project personnel will be given greater weight than <br />that of the firm. <br /> <br />5.
