CASE#5 <br /> <br /> CONSIDER INITIATING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SUNWOOD DRIVE <br /> FROM C.R. #57 TO C.R. #116 <br /> By: Steve Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />BackgroUnd: <br /> <br />The curret~t CIP anticipates the construction of Sunwood Drive from C.R. #57 to C.R. <br />#116 in Y~ar 2000. This project will have a couple of issues, which will require some <br />lead time iif the actual construction is to be completed in the target year 2000. These <br />issues inolude (1) reviewing the wetland mitigation requirements for crossing DNR <br />protected iWetland 673W, located immediately west of C.R. #57; (2) addressing any <br />concems pf MPCA which has the responsibility of monitoring and managing the <br />groundwater contamination remediation project which involves the groundwater beneath <br />the right-hr-way.
