PUBLIC ItEARINGS Chairperson Bawden adjourned the regular Planning and Zoning meeting at 7:37 p.m. in order to conduct the fdllowing public hearings: 1) PropoSed Ordinance to Amend the Zoning District Boundaries within the Plat of Rivenwick; case of Faye Construction. 2) Requ~t for Preliminary Plat Approval of River's Bend 3rd Addition; case of Elizabeth Raudi6 and Rick Foster. 3) RequeSt for Conditional Use Permit for a Private Kennel; case of Howard Towle and Jeanine Duff. 4) Request for a Conditional Use Permit Renewal for Mining Operations; case of Barton Sand and Gravel. 5) Requegt for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment; case of Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. ~ 6) PropoSed Ordinance Amending Ramsey City Code Chapter 9, Section 9.11.02, Subdivision 2, Accessory Uses. Proposed Ordinance to Amend the B- 1 Business District. 7) 8) Proposmt Ordinance to Repeal the Rural Business District. Chairperson l~awden called for a recess at 8:49. Chairperson Bawden reconvened the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at 8:59 p.m. ~. COMMISSION BUSINESS Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to reconvene the regular Planniflg and Zoning Commission meeting on Tuesday, February 16, 1993 at 7:30 p.m., if needed, due try. the length of the agenda. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Terry and Thorud.
