<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CllY OF RAMSEY <br />\ ANOKA COUNlY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning and <br />Zoning CommissIOn of the City of Ramsey will <br />hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 2, <br />I 1993 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of <br />I the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />I Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider <br />~ changing Section 9.11.02 Subdivision 2 to <br />" read as follows: <br />j The exterior storage of one or more automo- <br />biles which does not have a current license <br />plate shall constitute a vehicle wrecking yard <br />and shall not be permitted as an accessory <br />use. The showing for sale of not more than <br />one automobile shall be considered an acces- <br />sory use in any district not zoned for motor <br />" vehicle sales, but two or more shall constitute <br />an auto sales business and shall not be permit' <br />ted as an accessory use. .' <br />All interested persons are invited to attend <br />the hearing and COfl1ment on the proposed <br />ordinance. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be <br />I addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 15153 <br />Nowthen Boulevard NW., Ramsey MN 55303. <br />.
