I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Mr. Rick Fo~er, Developer of River's Bend, stated that most of the concerns of the neighbors had been addressed and he would be meeting with the two gentlemen concerned with the elevation of the houses or~ lots 23 and 24. Mr. Foster also expressed concern about the accesses onto Highway #47 and the ~gnount of traffic generated. He suggested he would not build 143rd Avenue N.W. until Highwa~ g47 and County Road #5 was realigned to ensure safety. Mr. Jankowski stated that if development were to occur before Highway #47 was upgraded, the City could block 143rd and all traffic would have to go out to 142nd Avenue N.W. or 144th Avenue N.W] until realignment occurred. Mr. Foster agreed with Mr. Sankowski. Motion by Commissioner Deemer ,a_nd seconded by Commissioner LaDue to recommend City Council to g~ant approval of River s Bend 3rd Addition based upon the City Staff letter dgted January 26, tt~93 with the proviso that Xkimo Street N.W. be constructed with a minimu~foot right-of-way land.that 143rd Avenue N.W. will not be allowed to be platted until Trunk Highway #47 is reconstructed and realigned to assure a safe opening. RECESS Motion by COmmissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recess the meeting until February 16, 1993 at 7:30 p.m. Motion carded.
