She added that if barking becomes a problem she will have the <br />dogs debarked-. Commissioner Holland inquired whether Ms. Duff would stipulate mitigation if <br />barking became a problem. Absent: None. <br /> <br />The Planningiand Zoning Commission reviewed the terms of the conditional use permit, and <br />Chairperson BBwden commented that #4 satisfies Commissioner Holland's noise concern. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to amend Condition #5 <br />to read "No dog under the permit holder's ownership shall be allowed to run at large..." <br /> <br />Motion carried~.
