She added that the <br />wetland and plark dedication issues need to be addressed. <br /> <br />City Enginee~Jankowski stated that although all lots meet the 10,800 square foot minimum, some <br />lots do not cOntain the minimum area above the wetland. Mr. Jankowski suggested moving the <br />neck of the cul-de-sac north to give those lots more area above the wetland. <br /> <br />Jack Menkvelci, representing North Suburban Development, Inc., agreed that straightening the cul- <br />de-sac would ~ive the lots more area above the wetland, but that a variance to lot width might be <br />necessary as a~ result. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recommend that City <br />Council appro[ve the preliminary plat for Ramsey Commons 2nd Addition based upon discussion <br />and that a varignce to the lot width requirement at the building setback line be extended to the actual <br />structure location for those lots needing to achieve 10,800 square feet of area above the wetland. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, <br />Hendriksen, lJaDue, Terry and Thorud. Voting No: None.
