She stated the draft ordinance has been amended with the $3,000 <br />financial gu~antee, to be reviewed and set annually by Council resolution, and language has been <br />added which ~ves the City the authority to remedy an uncompleted project and assess the costs to <br />the property ewner through the Anoka County tax rolls. <br /> <br />Motion by COmmissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to recommend that City <br />Council introfluee Ordinance ~)3- to establish a procedure for moving structures into and <br />within the City of Ramsey. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Terry, Hendriksen, <br />Holland and Thorud. VotingNo: None. Absent: Comm~ssionerLaDue. <br /> <br />Case #6: Planning Commissioner Training Session <br /> <br />Zoning A "isu'ator Frolik stated the City of Elk River and the Minnesota Planning Association <br />are co-spons0nng a tmlmng session entatled "Legal Cons~derattons in Land Use Planning" to be <br />held at Elk River City Hall on Tuesday, May 18, 1993 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., and she inquired <br />whether any df the Commissioners would like to attend. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden and Commissioner Deemer stated they would attend, and Commissioner <br />Holland stated he would get back to Ms. Frolik on the matter. <br /> <br />Case #'/: , Project Status Report <br /> <br />It was the con~sensus of the Commission that all intersections on 153rd Avenue N.W. are to be put <br />on the top priority street light list, and Staff is to report back to the Commission with a timetable <br />for the install~fion of lights. <br />Commissioner Thorud inquired about the overhead utilities and the fact that cable TV is still on the <br />poles and underground, and Commissioner Deemer advised him to consult with the Quad Cities <br />Cable CommiSsion. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer noted there are wetland classifications and regulations that have been <br />amended, and!he directed Staff to request that the DNR make a presentation to the Commission to <br />bring them up~-to-date on these issues. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br /> * · <br />Motion by Commissioner Thorud and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to adjourn the <br />mceting ~ <br /> <br />Motion carried.
