Absent: ~mm!ssi~nersTerryand.?orud. <br /> Case #9: ., Request to Vacate Certain Drainage and Utlhty Easements and Street <br /> i , Right-of-Way in Sunny Ponds Addition <br /> Zoning Admi~strator Frolik stated that the developers of Sunny Ponds and Ramsey Commons <br /> 2nd Addition ~re requesting that the City vacate certain drainage and utility easements on Lots 1, 2, <br /> I and 3 of BloCk land Lot 1, Block 2 of Sunny Ponds Addition, and also a vacation of a small <br /> portion of 148th Lane N.W. to provide for the correct alignment of 148th Lane N.W. in Ramsey <br /> Commons 2n~l Addition. She explained that the drainage and utility easements were acquired <br /> I during the plStting of Sunny Ponds Addition. Ms. Frolik advised that these easements will be <br /> replaced by eSsements dedicated in the final plat of Ramsey Commons 2nd Addition. <br /> -- <br /> Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recommend that City <br /> Council appm~ve the vacation of the drainage and utility easements on Lots 1, 2, and 3 of Block 1 <br /> and Lot 1, Bilk 2 of Sunny Ponds Addition and the portion of 148th Lane N.W. <br /> <br /> I Further DiSCgssion: Arian Enfield, 14810 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., inquired as to an <br /> explanation of easements for drainage and utilities and whether it would affect his wildlife on his <br /> property.
