I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />It was the cbnsensus of thc Subcommittee that thc concern was mostly with single family <br />dwellings ~ th,at accessory structures could be governed reasonably with a building permit. <br />Therefore, ~ omit reference to accessory structures the following amendments were suggested: <br />Thc second l~aragraph should read "An ordinance adding Section 8.35 to Chapter 8 regulating <br />single famil~dwellings to be moved into or within the City of Ramsey." In Subd. 3, o 't item . <br /> <br />It was the coiasensus of the Subcommittee to amend the first paragraph of Subd. 7 to read "The <br />building to b6 moved must comply in all respects with the City of Ramsey Building Code and other <br />applicable of. dinances, unless..." They also directed staff to make shorter sentences in this <br />paragraph fo~ better comprehension. <br /> <br />The Subcommittee felt the City needed assurances that a project will be completed, however a <br />$50,000 bull~ing would not need the same financial guarantee as a $200,000 building. It was the <br />consensus of[the Subcommittee to amend Subd. 8 Fees, Escrows and Financial Guarantees, item <br />(b) to read "The form of the financial guarantee shall be cash deposit or an irrevocable Letter of <br />Credit, apprqved as to form by the City, in an amount to be determined on a cases by case basis. <br />The financial3 guarantee..." <br /> <br />Subcommittee Deemer suggested that applicants be given, at the time of application, a specific <br />timetable ou~ning how long the process will take. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Gommissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the <br />meeting <br /> <br />Motion carrig~ d.
