Case 08: ~ Reschedule November Meeting Date <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Zoning Adn~jnistrator Frolik stated that Anoka Hennepin School District #11 has scheduled a <br />special schoOl district referendum for Tuesday, November 2, 1993. She explained that the City <br />cannot conduct any public meetings on that day and the Planning and Zoning Commission must <br />reschedule thgir regular meeting date for November. <br /> <br />Motion by ~ommissioner Holland and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to reschedule the <br />regular November meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, <br />November 4,11993. <br /> <br />Motion carri~:l. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioner Holland, Deemer and Thorud. <br />Voting No: ~one. Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />Case #9: Zoning Bulletin and Zoning News <br /> <br />The Planningiand Zoning Commission noted the Zoning Bulletin and the Zoning News. <br /> <br />Case #10: ~ Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />The Planninlg and Zoning Commission reviewed the monthly status report. Because of the time <br />lapsed, the O.0mmi.'ssion directed that the Zoning Administrator contact the developer of Mississippi <br />Heights and shgg~st they either move their plat forward or withdraw it. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding certificate of surveys. The Commission requested that the City <br />Engineer draft an ordinance for their consideration to modify the building permit application on 2.5 <br />acres or less tO, m~luire a certificate of survey. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Thomd and seconded by Commissioner Holland to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carrie, gl. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Thorud, Holland and Deemer. <br />Voting No: None.
