I I I I I I i I I I I I I I I I I I Motion by Clgfirgermn Bawden and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to add a Finding to read: "That in conversations with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, City Staff has determined that no storm ~atl~r permit is required for this use but the City could generally require the applicant to implement best management practices for the elimination and reduelaon of the potential for storm water contamination." ' Motion carrie/gI. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue and Terry. Motion by ~sioner Thomd and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to recommend that City Council adol~ the findings of fact, as amended, relating to Champlin Towing's request for a conditional u~ permit to establish a towing service and auto repair facility in the Industrial District. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Thorud, Deemer and Holland. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Hendriksen, LaDue and Terry. The Commission proceeded to review the terms of the conditional use permit. Consensus off, he Commission was to amend Term #2 to read: "That a perimeter of the impound lot shall be fe~nced and wherever chain link fence is used ..... except that the east fence line of the impound 10t shall consist of a six (6) foot high wood privacy fence..." Motion by rCO!nmi'ssioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to recommend that City Council approye the request for a conditional use permit, as amended, to establish a towing service and auto repa[t~ facility in the Industrial District. Case 07: Consider Ordinance to Reduce Arterial Thoroughfare Setbacks Zoning Admi~istrator Frolik stated this case was advertised as a public hearing. Chairperson Bawden adjourned the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at 10:54 p.m. in order t~ conduct the following public hearing. Chairperson l~a~ wden called the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting back to order at 10:54 p.m. Chairperson Bawden inquired if this case could be tabled for the next meeting. Zoning Admiriistrator Frolik agreed that it should be tabled and added that there would be a whole new case becafise of an Anoka County draft policy just received by Staff. Motion by CoBanissioner Holland and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to table the case to consider ordinance to reduce arterial thoroughfare setbacks to the November meeting. Motion carded.
