Commissioner Holland expressed <br />concern abou~ th, late night traffic this business would generate. A representative of Champlin <br />Towing sta.te~l~;that the company would get an average of two calls per night and that the business <br />hours to rele~e the cars from impound would be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. He stated that this <br />is a very small!family business and he felt the traffic would not be a disturbance. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
