He speculated there may be a recommendation for the multi-family <br />housing to havre a tot lot. He stated this area would be served by Emerald Pond Park. <br /> <br />Ms. Lernke inquired ff the trees on the easement will be affected by the grading. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik sta~cl the grading plan will include tree preservation. <br /> <br />Ms. Dahlgren istated that the trees are on a utility easement and asked if they would have to come <br />down. <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowaki stated that if a storm sewer has to be put in, the trees may have to be removed but, <br />if possible, ~ removal would be avoided. <br /> <br />Ms. Dahlgren Suggested putting in the storm sewer on the south side of the line. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by COmmissioner Holland and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to close the public <br />heating. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Holland, Deemer and Thomd. <br />Voting No: None.
