Motion by Board Member Thorud and seconded by Board Member Terry to amend #15 to read <br />"That if granted, the variance will not substantially increase the congestion of public streets,..." <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Hendriksen, Board Members Thorud, Terry, Deemer <br />and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Members Bawden and Holland. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Deemer and seconded by Board Member Thorud to adopt Resolution <br />g03-05-096 adopting Findings of Fact g0334 relating to Charles and Jan Hart's request for a <br />variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal <br />structure, as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Hendriksen, Board Members Deemer, Thorud, LaDue <br />and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Members Bawden and Holland. <br /> <br />The Board reviewed the terms of the variance. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member LaDue and seconded by Board Member Terry to adopt Resolution g93- <br />05-097 approving Charles and Jan Hart's request and declaring terms of the variance to construct <br />an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property <br />generally known as 7230 153rd Lane N.W. <br /> <br />Discussion: Board Member LaDue inquired whether a certificate of survey was required, and <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik replied that it was not. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Hendriksen, Board Members LaDue, Terry, Deemer <br />and Thorud. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Member Bawden and Holland. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Hendriksen, Board Members LaDue, Deemer, Terry <br />and Thorud. Voting No: None.
