Cecil Harbaugh, 6011 ~ 160th Lane N.W. - stated he purchased one of those lots and explained <br />that when they were purchased, the agreement was that the lots could not be built upon and that <br />they would have to be sold when the adjoining property was sold. <br /> <br />Brenda Olander, 15941 - 160th Lane N.W. - stated that her lot becomes a comer lot if the proposal <br />goes through, 'and she inquired if the street would be paved. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik explained that City Staff is recommending that the applicant be <br />granted acceSS to right-of-way if the variance is approved and that the street will not be paved <br />unless Mr. Williams subdivides the parcel further. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member LaDue and seconded by Board Member Deemer to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Hendriksen, Board Members LaDue, Deemer, Bawden, <br />Terry, and Thorud. Voting No: None.
