Currently there is some park development in this district at
Peltzer Park. It is contemplated that within this Capital Improvements Program in the year 1996,
$97,000 will .be set aside in order to realize initiation of development of a significant ballfield area
just south of 153rd Avenue N.W. and west of Sunfish Lake Boulevard. Development of this area
will provide f~ an alternative concentrated play and tournament area for youth baseball and softball
activities to central Park. Due to its location adjacent to the urbanizing area of the community, it
also provides for fairly accessible recreational opportunities to this current and future concentration
of residential development.

Proiect.
