Proposed in 1993 and 1994, concurrent with development of the Rivenwick <br />residential subdivision, are park and trail improvements paid out of the Park Trust Fund. Intended <br />is a trail system along the Mississippi River connecting to the Mississippi West Regional Park and <br />eventually to the City of Anoka with development as well of a b_aJlfield and playground. This park <br />is also eligible for Tax Increment funds which could be utilized alternatively should funds become <br />available from that source. Currently park development is estimated at $55,800. <br /> <br />Project . This is <br />an area of the community currently void of any park development, therefore, it is projected that <br />$65,500 be allocated for 1995 from Landfill Trust funds in order to develop the Fox Park and <br />portions of the trail system leading to this park area. <br /> <br />Pro_ieet .
