ORDINANCE #03-XXX <br /> <br />c~rrY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br />LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION i. PURPOSE <br /> <br />SALE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED PROPERTY <br /> <br />It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which property the City <br />Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This chapter is adopted pursuant to and <br />under the attthority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br />The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the city, as surplus <br />property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally descr/bed as follows: <br /> <br />THE SOUTH 167 FEET OF LOT 2,' BLOCK 1 AND SOUTH 167 FEET OF LOT 2A, <br />BLOCK 1, WEST RADIUM BUSINESS CENTER FIRST ADDITION, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> <br />The City Council has by a properly enacted resolution determined the consideration and terms upon which the <br />above-described property may be sold. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
