Council member <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-07~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF the SOUTH 167 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1 <br />and the SOUTH 167 FEET OF LOT 2A, BLOCK 1, WEST RADIUM BUS/NESS CENTER <br />FIRST ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the .City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "T~ <br />Agreement") with L and D Properties, LLC (Precise Metalcraft), on July 8, 2003}. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Development Agreement states that the City will convey the SOUTH 167 <br />FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1, and the SOUTH 167 FEET OF LOT 2A, BLOCK 1, WEST <br />RADILIM BUSINESS CENTER FIRST ADDITION to L and D Properties, LLC.. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final draft of the TIF Agreement is daed as of July 21, 2003. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka · <br />County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br /> That the SOUTH 167 FEET OF LOT 2 and LOT 2A, BLOCK 1, WEST RADIUM <br />BUSINESS CENTER FIRST ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota, may be sold pursuant to the <br />terms and conditions of the July 21, 2003 Contract for Private Development between the City and L <br />and D Properties, LLC., and that the City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute <br />the necessary documents to convey said title. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the folloWing were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />the <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
