Absent: None. <br /> <br />Case #4 <br /> <br />Public Hearing for Proposed Amendments to Chapter 9 (Zoning and <br />Subdivision of Land), Section 9.11 (Performance Standards), Section 9.14 <br />(Solid Waste) <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Consultant Loren Gordon of Hoisington and Koegler Group reviewed the proposed changes to <br />the Performance Standards, Sign, Soils and Solid Waste Ordinances. <br /> <br />Commissioner Reeves asked if these were the changes they went through at the last meeting. <br /> <br />Consultant Gordon indicated they were the same changes. He stated this was tabled at the last <br />meeting, but were reviewed in more detail in May. He indicated he has not received a lot of <br />questions on the changes. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt opened the continued public hearing at 8:20 p.m. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Brauer to close the public hearing at <br />8:21 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Brauer, Johnson, Reeves, <br />Shepherd, Van Scoy and Watson. Voting No: None.
