CASE# <br /> <br /> INTRODUCE ORDINANCE TO AMEND TO <br />CHAPTER 9 (ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND), <br />SECTION 9.11 (PERFORMANCE STANDARDS), SECTION 9.12 (SIGNS), <br /> SECTION 9.13 (SOILS), AND SECTION 9.14 (SOLID WASTE) <br /> By: Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you know, the Planning Commission has been reviewing revisions of Chapter 9, the Zoning <br />and Subdivision Code. Most recently, the Planning Commission has completed their reviews of <br />Section 9.11 :~Performance Standards, 9.12 Signs, 9.13 Soils and 9.14 Solid Waste. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The majority of the proposed amendments to 9.11 Performance Standards are housecleaning <br />items. A couple of very minor changes are proposed to the Signs and Solid Waste sections. No <br />changes are proposed to the Soils section. <br /> <br />Recommendations:'. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission has recommended adoption o£the proposed amendments. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to introduce.
