9.11 Performance Stahdards <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent. These performance standards are designed to encourage <br />a high standard of development by providing assurance that neighboring land uses will be <br />compatible. All future development in all districts shall be required to meet these standards. <br />These standards shall also apply to existing development when stated. The Zoning Administrator <br />shall enforce these standards. <br /> <br />9.11.01 <br /> <br />General Rcq ulremc:m:Provisions <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Every building erected after the adoption of this Chapter shall be <br />located on a lot, as defined herein and in no case shall there be more than one main building on <br />any one lot, except as may otherwise be provided herein. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2~ The finished lot grade elevation of all buildings, as measured at the <br />building, shall be a minimum of 18 inches above the centerline grade of the adjacent public <br />roadway. All structures, whether attached to the principal structure or not, and whether open or <br />enclosed, including porches, Carports, balconies, or platforms above normal grade level, shall not <br />project into any minimum front, side or rear yard. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3.
