Commercial and Industrial Development. <br /> <br />.Property that constitutes required off-street parking areas may not be <br />separated, through sale or other means, from the property containing <br />the principal use for which the parking area is required. <br /> <br />Required parking facilities serving two (2) or more uses may be <br />located on th~ same lot or in the same structure, provided that the total <br />number of parking spaces furnished shall not be less than the sum of <br />separate requirements for each use. The Council may approve the <br />joint use of parking facilities by the following uses or activities under <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />.. a. .-For the purposes of this Section, the following uses are <br /> considered as daytime uses: banks, business offices, or wholesale <br /> or similar uses. <br /> <br />b. The following are to be considered as nighttime or Sunday <br />uses: Auditoriums incidental to a public or parochial school, <br />churches, bowling alleys, dance halls, theaters, retail, stores, <br />personal service shops, bars or restaurants. <br /> <br />._. c.
