Ord. #90-8 established §9.11.19, similar to Ord. #90-7 <br />but deleting the fourth sentence of the preamble which <br />formerly providedl "whereas, the Council finds that it is <br />necessary for an immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, health, morals, safety and welfare that an <br />emergency interim ordinance be adopted prohibiting the <br />siting, maintaining and operating of Adult Bookstores <br />within the City pending completion of the planning <br />process relating thereto" and deleting the last clause of <br />the authority section, which formerly provided for <br />authority by the City Charter provision Section 3.06 <br />entitled "Emergency Ordinances."
