Staff has submitted the site <br />plan to MnDOT for consideration, and has yet to receive any comments. " <br /> <br />Storm Water Management Fee: The City has enacted a Stormwater Management Fee' and the current rate <br />is Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty One Dollars ($3,741.00) per commercial acre. The .amount of <br />Stormwarer Management Fee due on the 1-acre parcel is Three Thousand Seven Hundred ForD' One <br />Dollars ($3,741.00). A cash payment will be required prior to the City issuing a Building Permit. <br /> <br />REU Number: Since the amount of impervious surface remains generally the same, the REU number shall <br />remain unchanged.
