Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends final plat approval contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter <br />dated July 3, 2003, Revised July 18, 2003 and the Developer and the City entering into a <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />The City Council approved the site plan for Alpine Acres and Alpine Acres 2na Addition at their <br />June 24, 2003. Staff did not include the Development Permits that are reviewed as part of site <br />plan approval.
