Final Plat Review: Alpine Acres <br />July 3, 2003 <br />Revised July 18, 2003 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />time. Future phases of the development will be subject to trail development fees in effect at the <br />time of final plat approval. However, a credit of $7,775.00 will be applied to future phases of the <br />Alpine Acres subdivision. <br /> <br />Sidewalks.'. City Code requires the installation of sidewalks along one side of all non cul-de-sac <br />public streets. The construction plans are proposing to provide a 5-foot sidewalk along Sodium <br />Street and Radium Street, which complies with City Code. Installation of sidewalks will follow <br />the phasing plan. <br /> <br />Stormwato.r Man. agement Fee: The City has enacted a stormwater management fee of $375,00 <br />per unit. The final plat is proposing to plat 53 units in the first phase, therefore a cash payment in <br />the amount of $19,875.00 is due to the City prior to the release of the plat for recording. The <br />existing homesteads are exempt from the stormwater management fee. <br /> <br />Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required from other <br />regulatory agencies. " <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2003, at Ramsey Fire Station <br />#1, to review this plat. A copy of the case cover sheet is enclosed for your information.
