The City shall be responsible 'for conducting inspections during construction of the Required Improvements and the Permittee shall be responsible for the cost of said inspections. The actual cost of the inspections will be charged to the escrow account established at the City for the platting of Alpine Acres. FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these items on the Site shall be as directed by the' City's Fire Chief. The Permittee herein agrees to post "no parking" along private streets in accordance with the instructions of the Fire Chief/Public Works Director. 8. LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the Site is subject to prior approval by the City Engineer. 9. BUILDING FACADE. The Permittee agrees to construct the Structures of maintenance- free siding, brick and or wood accents, and asphalt shingles in accordance with the Building Elevations prepared by John Br.adley. 10. MAILBOX STANDARDS. A uniform cluster mailbox plan will be required if the mailboxes are to be located within public right-of-way. The design and location of the mailboxes are subject to the approval of the Public Works Director. 11. REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING PERMIT. No building permits for the Site will be issued until the Permittee has: a) signed this Development Permit; b) all £mancial obligations related to this permit have been fulfilled; c) the £mal plat of Alpine Acres has been recorded at Anoka County; d) a permit from the Lower Rum River Watershed Management has been obtained; i e) a permit has been obtained from Anoka Soil Conservation District; and f) reasonable vehicle access to the lots are provided 12.
