Coun¢ilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its .adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR <br /> A PAID ON-CALL FIRE FIGHTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John Bromen began working for the City May 9, 2002 as a paid, <br />on-call fire fighter and was subject to a one-year probationary per/od; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Bromen has completed the required one-year probationary <br />per/od and the necessary training; and <br /> <br /> . WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its July 22, 2003 meeting agreed with <br />the staff recommendation to end the probationary per/od for Mr. Bromen effective July <br />23, 2003. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as folloWs: <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary per/od for John Bromen, effective <br />July 232003. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of.the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilrnember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the .following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 22nd day of July, 2003. <br /> <br />-515- <br /> <br /> <br />
