I I I I I I I I I I$ I I I I i I I CITY COUNCIL CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 9, 1993 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. Members Present: Mayor James Gilbertson Councilmember Sheila Beyer Councilmember Glen Hardin Councilmember Kenneth Peterson Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman Also Present: City Administrator Ryan Schroeder Finance Officer Sandra Ashley Helling City Attorney William Goodrich City Engineer Steven Jankowski Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik Police Chief Michael Auspos CALL TO ORDER Mayor Gilbertson called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:06 p.m. and led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. CITIZEN INPUT Mr. Dick Peterson from the Ramsey Business Owners and Property Advisory Committee was present and requested City Council become involved in their discussions, etc. He stated they are presently dealing with the "cleaning up of neighborhoods". Daryl Fults, Commissioner for the Economic Development Commission, suggested allowing Ramsey businesses to haul loads of rubbish to the landfill on Ramsey Clean-up Day. APPROVE AGENDA Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Zimmerman, Beyer and Peterson. Voting No: None. CONSENT AGENDA Motion byCouncilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the following items on the Consent Agenda: 1) 2) 3) Report of Pooled Cash Flows for the Period Ended February 28, 1993 received. Building Report year-to-date received. The following license applications were approved: Mickelson Plumbing, Inc. MinnDak Mechanical City Council/March 9, 1993 Page 2 of 7
