They wouldn't have to be deputized but could hand out safety flyers. <br />etc. He stated safety classes are taught each fall and he thought maybe potential violators <br />could be sent to the classes. <br /> <br />Dave Landowski, 8401 - 156th Lane N.W., Ramsey, stated he really enjoys snowmobiling <br />and is a member of the Snow Barons Club. He stated his club has thousands of feet of <br />snow fence and if anyone wants it, their club will volunteer it. <br /> <br />Chief Auspos stated that education is very valuable but he is a bit cynical. It seems those <br />who do Violate the snowmobile laws don't really care <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder stated that City Staff received four phone calls <br />regarding the public hearing and they will be entered as public record. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to close <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beyer, <br />Hardin and Peterson.
