She is unable to attend tonight's meeting and
wishes l~er comments to be included in the public record. They are as follows:

She said snowmobilers are crisscrossing across her yard and are always cutting across her
driveway. She has several rosebushes planted and they have damaged some of those,
along with a small oak tree and the roots of some of the evergreen trees they have as a
windbreak. They drive over the area she has spring bulbs planted in and they've even
damaged her retaining wall.

She has snowmobilers jumping her driveway and she has a real fear these "kyds" are going
to get hurt. She stated she put up green garden stakes and fluorescent orange rope to guard
a flowering area and the "kyds" have slowed down, lifted the rope and driven underneath
it.

She feels part of the solution would be to make parents accountable for their children's
actions. Parents should be made to ride with the child who is under the age of 18 and they
can see what their children do to other people's property. She stated these same children
are also out snowmobiling way past the City's curfew.

/jmt
