Absent: CouncilmemberBeyer. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request to Rezone Certain Property in the Proposed Plat of <br />Amber Ridge from B-2 Business and R-3 Urban Residential to <br />R-1 Urban Residential; Case of Albin Peterson and Creekview <br />Crossing Partnership <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that Mr. Gary Oorham and Mr. Tony Emmerich have <br />platted Amber Ridge into 122 single family residential lots. The property is currently zoned <br />a combina~.'on of B-2 Business, R-3, Urban Residential and R-1 Urban Residential. As a <br />follow-up :to the plat approval, it will be necessary to rezone the property to entirely R-1 <br />Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Motion by:Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adopt <br />Resolution ~)3-04-058 adopting Findings of Fact g0333 relating to a request from Albin <br />Peterson tO rezone certain property from B-2 Business and R-3 Urban Residential to R-1 <br />Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
