The plat will consist of a combination of commercial and <br />single fa~fy lots. She stated that at this time it is necessary to introduce an ordinance to <br />rezone a portion of the plat from B-1 Business to R-1 Urban Residential to permit the <br />development of the single family lots. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt <br />Resolufiorl #93-06-118 adopting Findings of Fact//0337 relating to a request from Ramsey <br />Center Piulnorship to rezone certain property in the proposed plat of River's Bend 3rd <br />Addition to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Counci!members Zimmerman, Beyer, Hardin and Peterson. <br />Voting N0: None. Absent: Mayor Gilbertson. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmembcr Bc.ycr and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />introducexl an ordinance approving thc rczoning of certain property within the plat of <br />River's Bend 3rd Addition from B-1 Business to R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Mayor Oilbertson. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Request for Final Plat Approval of Sunny Ponds 3rd Addition; <br />Case of Jack Menkveld, North Suburban Development, Inc. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Fronk stated that Jack Menkveld of North Suburban Development, <br />Inc. is reqoesting final plat approval of Sunny Ponds 3rd Addition. This third and final <br />phase consists of 27 lots. <br /> <br />Motion by~councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt <br />Resolution!#9306-119 granting final plat approval to Sunny Ponds 3rd Addition contingent <br />upon compliance with City Staff review letter dated June 14, 1993. <br /> <br />Motion can-led.
