The EAW has now been <br />completed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Smith reiterated he wants nothing to do with State Aid roads as they are a "pain in the <br /> butt". He added that the people who live south of the project should have gotten <br /> notificatiOn of this hearing also. He felt there has to be better lines of communication. <br /> <br /> Deb Vollmmn, 15315 Armstrong Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, stated that the road will be <br /> right behind her house and that she is very opposed to this road coming through. She <br /> inquired ~f the decision of the Council will be based on how the people feel She also <br /> inquired if the DNR had been contacted. <br /> <br /> Mr. Gromberg reported that the DNR has been contacted. They have 30 days to contact the <br /> City with~any concerns and that time would be up on August 5, 1993. If they register any <br /> concerns, i, those issues would be discussed by City Council also. He added that the City <br /> does not Oven have to hold a public hearing on this, but it was done to allow for residents <br /> to comment.
