! <br />! <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsay City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, September 14, 1993 at <br />the Ramst~j Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to <br />hear cormaent, relating to the request for an off-sale intoxicating liquor license for Ralph's <br /> <br />Discount 1~0 Liquors. <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gflbertson <br />Couneilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />Couneilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Council_member Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Finance Officer Jessie Hart <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Police Chief Michael Auspos <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Project Manager James Gromberg <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Cdlbertson called the public hearing to order at 8:22 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Police Chief Auspos explained that Mr. Ralph Nissen has applied for an off-sale <br />intoxicating liquor license for the premises at 7129 Highway gl0. He presently has the <br />same liccrBe at 6131 Highway gl0 N.W. and will be moving from that location at which <br />time the li~; ense, which is address specific, will no longer be valid. He explained that the <br />contents of this new application have been reviewed and verified; all criminal records have <br />been checked and there are no convictions on the record and taxes have been paid at the site <br />and liquor!liability insurance is in place. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to close the <br />public he ~a~ying, <br /> <br />Motion can'ied. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Beyer, Peterson <br />and Zinaxierman.
