Adopt Resolution #93-10-251 declaring October 27, 1993 as National Unfunded Mandates Day. Adopt Resolution #93-10-252 authorizing City Engineer to request from Minnesota Department of Transportation, a traffic speed study on 167th Avenue N.W. between T.H. #47 and County Road #5. Adopt Resolution g93-10-253 ordering improvement and preparation of plans and specifications for Improvement Project #93-12 (Bituminous surfacing improvement of 177th Avenue N.W. from St. Francis Boulevard N.W. to its eastern terminus). Adopt Resolution 693-10-254 approving abatement of a special assessment to PIN 26r32-25-42-0037 certified in 1992 for the City Improvement Project g93-13 and #91-14, City fund #320, County Fund #82027. COUNCIL BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS Case #1: Commendation to Terry and Tara Goodwin Police Chief Auspos commended Terry and Tara Goodwin because of their willingness to become involved in the security of their neighborhood and community. They assisted in a burglary being prevented and several others being solved. Mayor Gilbertson presented a certificate of commendation to Terry and Tara Goodwin.
