The allocation of the <br />$30,00Othe City will receive in February will be referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Absent: Councilmembers Beyer and Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Case #11: Report from Personnel Committee <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder reported on the items discussed at the Personnel Committee <br />meeting held earlier this evening. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to direct <br />Staff to file a petition with the Bureau of Mediation Services to determine the Union status <br />of the Parks/Utilities Coordinator position. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin and Peterson. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Beyer and Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to leave the budget <br />as is and d0wnsize the Engineering Department. <br /> <br />Motion ¢ ~arried.
