The property is generally <br />located in the northwest comer of the intersection of County Road 56 and County Road 116. He <br />adyised the to}al 4~evelopment site consists of 51.91 acres and Brightkeys is proposing to develop <br />a first phase o[' 15¢ townhomes on 21.77 net acres. He stated the Planning Commission and City <br />Council has p:ievigusly reviewed a sketch plan for the development in September 2002. At the <br />time, there wa ~ so,me discussion about bringing into the development the two properties located <br />at the very nol th, aij~st comer of Highway 116 and Ramsey Boulevard.
